We do have a suspension policy that begins 7 days after a shared hosting invoice is due and the first day after a dedicated server invoice is due. Other services are considered late the day after the due date.

Shared hosting is unsuspended automatically after payment.

Dedicated servers may take 24 hours to come back online after payment.

SSL certificates need to be reissued after late payment.
