What levels do you offer?

HostArmor™ offers full tech support on 3 distinct levels: Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3

While we do our absolutely best to support every part of your website, we cannot support 3rd-party web development or software support for unmanaged servers. Please review what we offer for free with your membership!

Support levels are entirely determined by what the issue is. We assign ticket priorities to determine where it is a tier 1, 2, or 3 issue. These priorities can change as new information is revealed about what issue you might be encountering.
