Clean up your site after a hack - $79.99

Got hacked? We can help!

Nothing is more scary as a small business than seeing your site defaced, hacked, or on Google's blacklist. We have a simple and effective process to fix your site and keep your business from repeat attacks; it's called A.R.M.O.R. (Analyze, Remove, Maintain, Obfuscate, & Recover)
It is a proactive plan that we launch to counter-attack website hacks:
  • 1) We stop your site from an active attack, this might mean taking it down temporarily.
  • 2) Our professionals analyze both the attack and the files.
  • 3) We clean each and every file.
  • 4) Your website is securely moved to our (DDoS-protected) servers.
  • 5) The site is put back online.
  • 6) Google is asked to again check for malware.
  • 7) Your site continues to be safe and protected!

*Websites that have been wiped clean are not usable with our service.
We can, however, build you a new site or attempt a partial recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to host with you?

Yes, we need you to host your site with us, or move to our hosting, to complete the process. This is to make sure that your account is both secure and that we have easy access to your information for analysis.

What if I'm hacked again?

If you are hacked again within 30 days, we will clean up the site for free. However, we will first ask that you take steps to protect your account access and computer security.

Why should I trust you?

Our company is trusted by organizations all over the world to host, build, and maintain websites. A hack cleanup is just part of the skills we offer, and we want you to be able to regain your own customers' trust.

How can I protect myself?

Keep your hosting account safe. Treat access as you would a personal bank account. With WordPress-based sites we can recommend using our ArmorPress™ add-on to prevent an attack in the first place.

What software do you use?

We use a combination of both text editors (for reading the raw code) and a cloud-based malware scan. In addition, we take a careful look at Google's blacklist results to make sure we're cleaning it all up.

How long does it take?

The cleanup process can take anywhere between a couple hours to a couple weeks depending on how badly your site has been damaged and how many files we may have to analyze.
