Green:
A color often seen with health or peaceful sites. Good for eco-friendly websites as well.
Yellow:
Cheerful and warm. Use sparingly because of the contrast on websites, but it is great for children's websites.
Purple:
Royalty and wealth are commonly linked with this color. Often seen on jewelry or fashion websites.
Orange
Very strong emotions come with this color. It has also been observed to promote sales on a website.
Black:
Strong, calm, and official, black is commonly used for text but when the main color of a website is black, this can have the feeling of powerful content.
White:
This color is often cold, but seen as clean or pure on a website. Sites using this color entirely usually involve medical supplies.
